Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email. This allows you to check the current status of your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays are processed the same day. Delivery usually takes between 6 to 10 business days, as shipments are sent directly from our suppliers.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, Lily Isabella covers all shipping costs, so you won’t have to worry about any additional fees.
How do I return an item?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days as long as it meets the return conditions outlined on our website. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.
